Follow the leader
by Woulfy

I have 6 dogs, I have trained all my dogs to follow the leader and work them all off lead. Whenever I take my dogs out I always work them close, if you let dogs go too far away from you they can go conveniently deaf! Dogs always presume you are walking in a straight line, so I do loads of quick... more

Bikejoring
by Gary

Hi, I have been exercising my dogs using a mountain bike for around 15 years now. I started with and adult size scooter but found that the bike was a much better option for me. I have alot of cycle paths and open hillside nearby so I am quite lucky. My 2 Northern Inuits Elvis and Ray absolutely love to run... more

Missy's Story
by Pate

Missy had belonged to an old lady and lived with her in her apartment for the last five years of the old dear's life. When their mum passed on, the kids couldn't cope with Missy so they put her straight into Battersea. There she lived for the next two years. We went along to Battersea after the death of our darling Spotty, passed the interview and were told we could have any one of their jacks. We said Spotty lived to 18 so we were prepared to take an older one as we know they lived a long time... more

We use old tin Barrel he wont through away despite the ones with tape on having holes in both ends, and the ones without being used for deisel when he washes them, one of the top rails is plastic in case they knock them selves on them the others are light wight wood, iv made jumps and am waiting on wood to dry to use them, im still gonna use the barrels as they can see them and they low to learn with.

looks like fun...I never have Ami jump that high because I am afraid of her having bad hips (paranoid, i know). She only jumps about 11" (or rather, thats the highest I let her go). Any lower, though, and she just tries to walk over it....which obviously doesn't work that well.

Good luck with the weaves ciaraone...i think its the most challenging task in agility.

Theyer is light piece of wood in his back back he is def the lee evans of the dog world he is a numpty, he tried to carry the poles away, so he gets a walk and 2 jumps in the pack then its oiff, its to much other wise, TJ has been jumping at home for 2 years now, and she gets so excited and someo f the other dogs just do smaller ones, i have to built weaves if anyone has any ideas, mitch wanted to use anything im nore wary of that, im affaid incase they land on them, yuk, first she weaved them in and out the hedge but stopped now as they grew lol and cant get in and out them, so have to try some thing else.
